Refund Policy

Our promise

We stand behind every pack. If a pack is not what you expected, or simply does not work for your project, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No need to explain.

How to request a refund

Email info@fernpoints.com with:

  • Your order confirmation (or the email you bought with)
  • A line telling us you want to cancel

We process refunds within two business days. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your files

When you request a refund, your download links are invalidated and your licence is revoked. You agree to delete any copies you have already downloaded.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests for the same pack, or where the files have been redistributed.

Australian consumer rights

As an Australian business we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our 30-day refund policy exceeds the minimum statutory requirements. If you have unresolved concerns, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (accc.gov.au).
