Digital products only

All Fernpoints products are digital files. Illustrations are delivered as high-resolution PNG, layered SVG, and editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) files, bundled in a single ZIP archive per pack. There is no physical shipping.

How delivery works

• Complete your purchase through the secure Stripe checkout
• You receive a confirmation email with your download link within minutes
• Click the link, download the ZIP, and start working

Delivery times

Delivery is usually instant. If you do not see your confirmation email within 10 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Missing email?

• Check spam, promotions, and "other" folders
• Make sure the email you used at checkout is correct
• Add info@fernpoints.com to your contacts
• Email us at info@fernpoints.com and we will resend it

Download availability

Download links are valid for 14 days and allow up to 5 downloads. If you need a fresh link beyond that, email us and we will send one.
